They shipped my item to the wrong address, though I picked it up

We appreciate your feedback but would like to clear the air regarding this situation. We offered in-house shipping for your item you paid the fee and then reached out on 6/11/24 telling us the shipping cost was outrageous. Though this was the exact cost for us to ship your item we refunded your fee on 6/14 and referred you to third-party shippers. You then reached out to us again on 6/19 asking us to re-bill you for shipping which we did as our schedule allowed on 6/24. Our shipping terms state that we ship within 2 weeks of receipt of payment. Your item was shipped with tracking information provided on 7/1. To the shipping address, you specified on your invoice. I apologize that this ended up being the incorrect address but it was taken directly from your invoice. Thank you, Buckeye Downsizing Services.
