Highly recommended auction house.
Great Auctionhouse. I have been purchasing from this auctionhouse for a couple of years and they never disappoint. They don’t have in house shipping but their third party shippers are pretty reliable. Very happy with my purchase.

Professional auction house
After I won my items, I arranged to pick them up In person. Nat was very helpful and accommodating, provided boxes and packed my items. The auction studio is clean, organized and well maintained. Overall a great experience and I hope to buy again from this auction house!

Item not as described!!! Tea set had missing sugar bowl cover and broken handle..
Item received not as described! Came broken and no one took responsibility for it! No credit was offered and I was told they don’t accept returns! Very disappointed! Will never buy again from this auction!! Terrible service all together!

The item did not list the tea set with a sugar cover. The picture also showed that it does not come with the cover, so we are not sure why the customer would assume that there is additional piece not included or listed in the lot. The customer indicated that the items he received is the exact same ones in the catalog pictures. The tea handle is made of bone and has wears due to the age which was included in the condition report. However, it is not broken. The customer wanted us to do a partial refund which we declined as we believe that this was a request due to buyers remorse.
