Great auction service! We always get everything that we bid on in a timely manner and exactly as described.

Easy transactions; responsive to email and phone messages.

They sent me an incorrect invoice. I paid for it. I was unaware that it did not include the shipping at the time. I paid it. And now they're telling me, there's nothing they can do for me that they can't send me another invoice for the shipping. So my item is in the air. And the money I paid is in the air. Unknown if I will ever receive it or be able to pay the rest of the invoice.

Hake auctions were fantastic. I’ve never dealt with the auction company that has such a low buyers premium as they do. They did take a little bit of time to get the items. Almost a month from when the auction ended to when I actually received the items. Although that could be attributed to the holiday season. I was extremely pleased with the items and the shipping cost. This is one of the least expensive purchases I’ve made of the last three years.

Thank you so much for the 4 Lionel Standard Gauge Blue Comet cars. They are better than expected. Very reasonable buyer's premium, very fast shipping, very reasonable shipping cost. Great auction house to deal with

HAKE AUCTIONS are top notch and the shipping was reasonable. BEWARE of Liveauctioneers!! I emailed GHA stating that i was paying by check. Hake responded stating the amount due and thanking me. Check was in the mail the same day. 5 day later, Liveauctioneers charged my credit card without my permission and added an extra $88.01 to the bill from the auction. Never had a problem with the other auction platforms, but I'll never use Liveauctioneers again. Still waiting for the charges to be reversed!

I won my auctions and paid immediately but waiting almost a week until I received confirmation from shipping and costs. I had to remind myself that there were A LOT of auction lots so be patient with the auction house. One thing I can say is they did a FANTASTIC job packaging up my won auctions. Super impressed by the attention to shipping and making sure my items arrived in perfect shape. Will definitely watch and bid on Gregory Hake Auctions again. Thank you.

I must have been the "Buyer from Helena, MT" to Gregory Hake Auctions. My email server filtered out or hid the shipping detail/payment emails from GHA (I checked trash, Junk, spam folders etc.-0). GHA worked with me to try to resolve my problem and then provided an alternate payment mechanism. This on a single $10.00 winning bid at a time when they were loading up and conducting some very large subsequent auctions. As to me, they went well "above-and-beyond." Nice to know there are merchants like them out there, and I promise to do better at my end on my next winning bid.

I’ve purchased from several Hake Auctions and am very pleased. Wick shipped along with good shipping rates. Packing is always excellent from this auctioneer. There was an extra service fee on this auction I don’t remember from last auction that I didn’t agree with. This was on top of buyers premium. That was disappointing. I highly recommend Hake Auctions as one of the best to participate in.
