What I liked most about this auction house was the personal attention and accuracy of the items I was bidding on. I won 6 dolls, all needing fixing up and some repairs. Of course I had lots of questions and everything was answered to my complete satisfaction. Care was given in preparing them for proper shipping because antique dolls are delicate. I could not have asked for better service. I was very pleased wen the dolls arrived to see how well they had been described to me. Antique dolls are not like furniture and their value depends on their condition. This auction house went beyond what is required to make sure I was satisfied.

A very good experience.

This was my first time bidding at a deZine auction & it went pretty well. The listings provided very good photos & good descriptions & the buyer's premium was not terribly high (25 %), which left room for credit card fees & such when bidding/paying on a website like Liveauctioneers. The auction moved along at a decent pace, the invoice was received in a timely manner & payment was super easy. John with deZine also followed up quickly with any shipping needs & questions. Also, one major plus: He will drop off any items (those he cannot ship) with his suggested shipper, saving his buyers any pickup fees. It's obvious that deZine cares about their customers from start to finish. I've had a great experience & look forward to attending more of deZine's auctions.
