Fraud warning
I am deeply concerned about the transparency and integrity of this auction house. They have failed to provide proof of the following: A verifiable physical address — I personally went to the location provided, and it turned out to be a false address with no auction house present. When I requested to make a cash payment and collect the items directly from the warehouse, the auction house did not respond and did not allow me to do so. Although they are based in the United Kingdom and the payment should be in GBP, they consistently suggested flexible payment in USD instead. Whenever I asked to pay in cash, they kept pressuring me to make the payment online or via bank transfer. This is highly non-transparent and should be approached with caution.

We kindly suggest that, in future auctions, if you have any specific requirements or concerns, please raise them with us beforehand so we can better assist you.

unreliability
The item I auctioned on April 9th was sold to someone else, the bank details on the invoice are incorrect, repeated correspondence regarding the refund, on April 24th the bank repeatedly returned my payment due to incorrect details, on May 7th Hans Galery asks about the PAY PAL account, where to send the money to!!

Monies refunded
After auction claimed could not take credit cards, asked for bank transfer then agreed to PayPal. Afterwards claimed they could not find the earrings i had won, had to request a refund instead of other items.
