I won this (Medium round commemorative coin in pure gold) Lot 0396 before more than 3 months, on Jun 01, 2024, and they alreay took my money Total: $3, 533.00, but still not ship this item. I did contact to this auction house (Surprise Asia Treasure Auction Amazing International Group) many times but not reply me until now. why? pl. help me someone and what I can to do?

This auction house is a fraud. They sell fake Chinese items claiming that they are antique. Buyers be aware!!!! Won a set of "Four Ancient Greek Coins" estimate 2000-4000. When received they turned out Chinese knock off that you can buy on Ali Express for $75. Contacted the auction house right away. The auction house owner claimed that he didn't know anything but sure enough included the same fake item for his next auction. Reported them to Liveauctioneers as well. This place needs to be shut down!
