No communication haven't received item

Over the last 10-15 years I have purchased hundreds of antiquities, fortunately a very high percentage of said transactions were positive. It's been almost 3 months since my purchase from Hunting 4 Treasures, as of today I have not received the carving, nor a refund. Their contact number has been disconnected. Maybe my experience is because I do not reside in the U. S.

As with the other reviewers, promptly paid for May 4 lots; heard nothing; auction house does not respond to emails, phone unanswered. Bonus: Live Auctioneers has done nothing to resolve this, to say nothing of not reimbursing us for the percentage we paid them.

Seller does not ship item, and seller does not respond to messages.LiveAuctioneers.com provides absolutely no assistance. $1400 stolen.

As others have stated that onced paid I have not heard from the seller. I leaft several unanswered messages, then tried calling but number is disconnected. Looked at the address given and its a office supply store. Live Auctioneers have not been any help and have not answered my last few emails. It show that they do not vet and monitor who they provide a platform to sell fakes and other fraudulent scams. My options at the moment are to file a complaint with the BBB, Visa and law enforcement. Over $1000 is grand theft larceny that the site helped to commit, Live Auctioneers have a professional obligation to better respond and correct bad actors. Their lack of assistance only forces us to act accordingly to get the funds back. To the other defrauded bidders, hold them accountable!

I PAID FOR MY ITEMS OVER THREE WEEKS AGO. HAVE CONTACTED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES, NO RESPONSE. THE PHONE LISTED FOR THEM DOES NOT WORK. I HAVE EMAILED THEM, NO RESPONSE. LIVEAUCTIONEERS CONTINUES TO IGNORE MY MESSAGES AS WELL. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUCTION HOUSE.

I won and paid for my items on May 4. Ever since, I have been emailing the auction house to determine how to ship the items with no response at all from them. There phone number is disconnected too. I reached out to Liveauctioneers who has been unable to get hold of the auction house now almost 3 weeks later! A representative informed me that the auction house is having issues due to many complaints that it is selling fake artifacts. I can't confirm or deny that claim, but I just want someone to respond to me from the auction house! I already paid!

Auction was 15 days ago, and Seller did not respond to multiple requests to arrange shipping. Order now cancelled.

I have participated in several auctions with Hunting 4 Treasures and have always been totally happy with my experience. Highly Recommended!
