Great first experience with this auction house.

Picked my item up in West Chester and it was straightforward and professional.

Highly recommend! I purchased a beautiful painting, some tiles, and an African mask. I live near the auction house, so I arranged an in ‑ person pickup. Scheduling was extremely easy, and when I arrived, my items were already set aside and ready for me. The auction team was very friendly and even offered to help carry my purchases to my car.

Love the item I picked up from Hoc!. It was in the condition stated, so their condition report was reliable. I made the mistake of not setting up an exact pick-up time, but they were very happy to accommodate me, which I greatly appreciated, and I won't make that mistake again. They don't ship and the options provided were VERY expensive. Minimum cost for a small package was $60 plus

... unfortunately the UPS Store who handled the shipping barely even put bubble wrap around a 42lb slate clock and it arrived in about 30 pieces settled in a puddle of mortar and dust at the bottom of the box. Transaction was great and easy, but unfortunately I was unable to save the clock I purchased.

Always has outstanding service, easy to work with and communicate with by email. Will definitely purchase in future auctions!
