Responsiveness
Ray was great to work with. He answered the phone, responded to messages promptly, and even coordinated the handoff of my items to UPS on my behalf. He also helped me get a shipping quote from them, which was fair and reasonable. The whole process was quick and stress-free.

Received shipment of 7 ship lights-described as complete, one has damaged broken lens.
Received items, one of 7 items has broken lens and that wasn't mentioned on the description.

Excessive shipping costs. When I say excessive believe me it's an understatement
I purchased a group of 5 wedding photos, which cost me $25.00 including buyers premium. The shipping cost me $62.24. All they did was take 2 pieces of card board that was cut a little larger then the photo folder. Placed the photos in a large plastic cover and taped around the entire edges with packaging tape. Very unprofessional. I limit my purchases on live auctioneers because of shipping issues.
