Received items, one of 7 items has broken lens and that wasn't mentioned on the description.

I purchased a group of 5 wedding photos, which cost me $25.00 including buyers premium. The shipping cost me $62.24. All they did was take 2 pieces of card board that was cut a little larger then the photo folder. Placed the photos in a large plastic cover and taped around the entire edges with packaging tape. Very unprofessional. I limit my purchases on live auctioneers because of shipping issues.
