Wish I had researched this seller more before bidding
Unfortunately I did not research MONTANA ANTIQUES enough prior to bidding. After winning the auction, I found the EXACTY auction photos on a foreign language website. I contacted the seller and requested they send different photos of the items to confirm the items were actually in their possession. They refused to send photos so I did not to send the wire transfer, and they filed a dispute with Live Auction.

We would like to clarify that the bidder never completed the transaction after winning the auction. We promptly responded to all inquiries and confirmed that the items were in stock. Despite this, no payment was ever received. All requested information was provided after the auction, yet the buyer chose not to proceed and instead left negative feedback. This feedback does not reflect any issue with our service or the authenticity of the items — it simply highlights that the bidder was not serious about completing the purchase. Bidding on items without intent to pay wastes everyone’s time and undermines the integrity of the auction process.

the Montana Antique owes me two items for this auction. Receiving the money, they could have not found them. I said they can ship the different ones or send the money and commision back. They have not done anything so far.

This auction company has very poor integrity.
This auction company has very poor integrity. I auctioned the goods in September last year. So far, I have only received part of them. They are all very new handicrafts. Some of them have not been received yet. I paid after the auction, and it has been almost half a year. I have not received all the items. They said that the postage is included, which is also a lie. After the customer pays according to the invoice including the postage, they will ask the customer for it and then pay. I went to the address they registered on the Internet in early March to pick up the goods. I did not find this company at this address. Before the auction, I asked to see the goods. They do not provide this service. I feel that it is a mistake to buy their auction. After I paid, I found that I was deceived. Please be especially vigilant.

For those who wish to acquire interesting porcelain pieces, include Montana Antiques in their search
Have been buying from many auction companies and Montana Antiques is one of the latter companies I have come to know. Must say the company's responses to enquiries and supply of product info is commendable. Further, the company always responded fast to find solutions to issues and concerns that arose. Believe others like me, have found working with Fadel Murad not a frustrating experience thought I can't say the same on several companies I had bought from. Lastly, for those who wish to acquire good interesting porcelains, Montana Antiques ought to be a company they should include in their search.
