Its a scam. The auction house failed to ship after payment despite having communicated with them numerous times. Your team were not able to resolve the matter. Its been two years.

BUYER BEWARE. These prints are fraudulant reproductions printed on an INK JET PRINTER. I could clearly see the printer ink dots and the paper wasn’t even cut squarely. It took weeks for them to also ship and the auctioneer seemed EXTREMELY disorganized. When I finally received and could CLEARLY see that they were ink jet prints I contacted them and they were prompt to assure a refund. I sent back the prints immediately and NO REFUND was ever issued.

I won a poster from Morgan Auctions in their September 15th auction and paid the invoice in full. The photo in the auction was of what appeared to be an authentic poster, including the copyright details printed in the lower left corner. I battled Morgan for 4 months to get my item shipped. I called these people more times than I care to remember and in some cases, I actually talked to someone. Every time, I was told the item would ship the following week. On one call, after my item hadn't shown up for months after the auction, a man got on the phone and told me they were behind in shipping and of course, my item would be going out the next week. He also informed me that I needed to be patient because they were short staffed. I said there's no excuse for not shipping an item 3 + months after the auction ends. He then told me that I'm in Texas...... so we can ship faster because we have Mexicans to do the work. I was told every time that the order was going out the following week, but it never did. I filed a complaint with Liveauctioneers and they got involved to push this auction house to ship. It took 4 months for me to receive my item. When the item was received, it was a fake. Not even a good fake..... a horrible copy. The fake was so blurry, it was barely readable. Of course, because it is a fake, there is no copyright information. Total bait and switch. The game this auction house plays is they post photos of authentic items and then make copies of whatever sells. I cannot believe that this auction house has ANY positive feedback whatsoever and I would question the legitimacy of any positive feedback you read about this company. I've bought items via online auctions for 20 years and I have never had an experience like this. This situation has been an absolute nightmare. If you want to spend hundreds of dollars for a poor quality fake copy that isn't worth $20 and wait 4 months to get it, Morgan is your auction house. They are criminals.

I ordered a print to Milan Italy where I live-it was held in customs and was eventually returned to Morgan Auctions. Ok, no problem, customs can be difficult. However, Ive presented them with my order number and receipt, Ive had to research the tracking number, find that they received it and signed for it, given them all proof, and they still wont communicate or refund. They are extremely unresponsive and take no ownership and feel no urgency with this artwork return. After I was forced to provide them with all info and records, They claimed that the person who signed for it at * their gallery address * they "don't know" and have treated that as "case closed" without any further concern or apology.

Terrible business. They sent one wrong item and one damaged item. It took 3 + month and no less than 20 phone calls to resolve the issue. NEVER NEVER NEVER BID ON ONE OF THEIR ITEMS UNLESS YOU WANT THE HEADACHE OF A LIFETIME.

I paid for an item over a month ago. I have been told multiple times that I will see shipment information "this week" or "in a few days." It is unbelievable that I am writing this. My credit card has been charged and I have nothing to show for it.

In June, I successfully won a lot at Morgan Auctions, located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, for $400, only to discover that the item I purchased was a forgery. I advise caution when dealing with this auction house, as they tend to list items with incomplete descriptions and insufficient information or photographs (in my case, a crucial stamp on the back was omitted). This lack of transparency makes it challenging to accurately assess the authenticity of the items, and it may only become apparent upon receipt that the item is counterfeit.

I won an item back in June and still have not received my item. I have spoken with the auction house several times and have been assured they would ship my item, however I still have not received the item and/or a tracking number for the item. I am totally dissatisfied and will never do business with this auction house again. Buyers BEWARE and stay away.

I purchased this item at auction and was informed immediately that it would be delayed. I waited about 2 weeks and wrote and they replied it would ship in "1-8 days." Two weeks later I wrote again and they never replied. I didn't open the package because it had tire tracks on BOTH sides of the envelope. Notified Live Auctioneers (LA) who say they have tried three times to get Morgan to reply and they never did. Two months after this all started, after writing both again, Morgan told LA that I needed to contact their shipper since it was not their problem. I just opened up the shipping envelope and inside the single cardboard envelope was a cheap, cardboard print with no protection. And no COA as they say they provide. They charged me $70 to throw a cheap no-name print into a cardboard box and ship for only $5. The item was not as described. Delivered late. No reply to a perfectly reasonable ask that they send me a shipping label and refund and I would send the unopened package back. This house has a 25 % one star rating... that should tell you to not use them. LA has not offered to make good on this either. I won't ever use either again and I have spent thousands over the years.

Morgan Auctions misrepresents artworks with misleading images that do not match the actual items. After returning a falsely depicted painting at our own expense months ago, we have yet to receive the promised refund. Their continuous excuses reflect a lack of integrity and professionalism. We strongly advise potential buyers to avoid Morgan Auctions!

Morgan Auctions owes me 3 items that were paid for. Never received anything after 5 months. They continue to provide excuses but never provide tracking numbers as requested.

This seller contacts buyers with offers of “partial refunds” in exchange for proof of having left a 5-star review. I wouldn’t trust the 5-star reviews you see here or elsewhere.

Purchased 5 vintage photographs by 3 photographers that were supposed to have been printed in the 1950s, 60s, and 70s, what I received were cheap mass produced copies all printed at the same time on the same cheap publication paper and mounted to cheap chipboard. They all look like they were printed at the same time. One print purchased was never received, instead I received a print that appears to be a poorly cropped Robert Adams photograph that was not in the sale. Attempted to contact the auctioneer multiple time and nothing but 'crickets.' Based on the reviews by others for the same Auction, I am not the only one complaining.

I buy art frequently, and find a nice selection at Organ Auctions. Additionally, they pack carefully and ship promptly. These are important to a collector, and I will continue to patronize this house.

Terrible place to deal with, the description was completely false, item was cheap and they charged $450 shipping for a 5 pound item. It took 3 months to ship the item and they kept promising a refund until it was too late to charge back on the credit card. A lot of empty promises and they had the nerve to ask for 5 star reviews when they completely defrauded me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I spent over 2k on several prints and they are all low res images that have been blown up. Really pixilated. Looks like a school project. Pretty sure this is a scam.

Five weeks since I paid for my item and still not delivered. Messaged seller twice for shipping info and not received. Just filed complaint with Live Auctioneers. Based on other reviews just seen from same auction, hoping for a refund.

Shipping service was terrific, my masterwork was well packed and in perfect condition upon arrival.

The listing stated, "Photograph, printed later," implying that this was a photo print. I wouldn't even care if it wasn't. However, it was obviously printed from a very low-quality JPEG of the original photo. It shows significant compression artifacts or smoothing. Definitely not worth the starting bid of $200 nor the estimated price of $400-$800. I can't even hang this on my wall it is so bad.

I had some follow up questions about the sale and the item I had won, and it was extremely easy to get in touch with Morgan Auctions. They were available to answer and address the issue I had and were very understanding throughout the process. Andy especially was so helpful and professional, helping me promptly over the phone and by email. Overall they are easy to work with and I appreciated how communicative they were after the sale. Very professional auction house I'd be happy to work with/buy from in the future, too.

$60 to ship an 18x12 poster that was not packaged very well and was shipped by ground. No tissue or padding around the poster or to protect the edge from moving inside the tube. That’s really ridiculous.

In my experience, Morgan Auctions is a highly unprofessional and unethical operation. After quoting me over $50 to ship an 8x11 unframed photograph — which I promptly paid — they took nearly a month to ship it, despite repeated queries. They then offered me a $20 refund in exchange for posting a 5-star review on Live Auctioneers (which, clearly, I refused to do). Incidentally, they shipped the photograph pressed between two pieces of (acid-rich) cardboard, which were then wrapped in plastic wrap. Their communication throughout was at best unhelpful and at worst dishonest. Avoid at all costs.
