when advertised they said the stein was from Germany a German stein, but it has no markings, there is alot of replica's! Yes I was very disappointed. Next time i won't trust, they will have to show markings, they should have to anyway. It was suppose to be a gift. Not now! I'll be wiser next time for a senior citizen
