Shipping was slow and requires a duty fee
Over all they are great. Shipping is slower than I would expect, but all was well. There was a duty put on my items, which was unexpected, but not too bad.

Watch the shipping charges
The item was smaller then I thought even knowing the measurements If I knew the shipping costs, even knowing they were in Malesia I would not have bought the item. The process was great and there were no issues in that respect but the shipping cost were out of line.

Ok Experience
They had some nice items a little bit over priced but they are nice to add to my collection. The biggest complaint I had was that they supposedly "lost" my emeralds. I believe I got them for such a cheap price they lied and said they lost it just so they didn't have to let them go for such a low price. Other than that everything else was fine.

The Opal Didn’t Have The Degree of Color in the Picture
I was disappointed with the opal. It didn’t look like the picture. It didn’t have the degree or depth of color advertised.

They use special lights to make jewels look better than they are
the jewel I bought showed in photo that was used in auction showed it to be a lovely shade of red. when I received the opal it was black. As as far as my thinking it is useless for jewelry or anything else except perhaps in bottom of fish bowl with other gravel.

Nice luster!

The stones were low quality, intense light is used to in hands the stones!
Be careful they use adjusted photos to sell products.

Open PayPal case after receiving my package is a very improper behavior. PayPal very professional decided case in my favor, it's fair. All stone I sold is natural light and untouch picture. Real buyer will know that. Anyways, thanks for buying from me for the first order.
