It is the responsibility of each bidder to request condition reports or photographs prior to bidding, or to inspect items in person during the preview period. Attempting to dispute the condition of a lot after winning the bid — without having made any inquiry beforehand — is unacceptable. Furthermore, the inappropriate and hostile private message you sent following the sale is entirely uncalled for and has been documented. We are reporting this behavior to Liveauctioneers for review and reserve the right to pursue further action if necessary.
