Item was as described, but their in-house shipping leaves much to be desired: item (a framed print) was not wrapped in bubble wrap or padding-or marked "fragile"-and the glass arrived broken. The claims process had some hiccups.

Cindi has been very helpful with the claim of my cookie jar but I am still waiting for my claim to be processed and refunded to m, other than that she is very helpful.

I purchased a lot of art pottery pieces from Jupiter and I decided to pick it up to save on shipping. I was a bit nervous about it because it would be my first time doing a pickup. I was so pleasantly surprised! I would highly recommend Jupiter and I will definitely be buying from them again.
