Nice Piece-Unhappy with Shipping, Handing and Insurance "
I purchased 2 very nice pieces of Royal Doulton at a great price. Once I received my final bill, I noticed that the Shipping, handling and insurance cost was $77.00, and the items only sold for $45.00. I read the terms before the auction, but as with a lot of auction houses, I feel they charge inflated prices on the back end. My items were packaged well. I have to think twice about buying items online, especially when the actual "cost" of my items are only 1/3rd of my invoice. I know that many friends who stopped buying items based on these types of charges are in agreement with me. I still think this auction house did an overall good job, just not a fan of the add on costs.

Accommodating Kind Plenty of Reminders!
Love the ease for this despite that I couldn’t make the hours and forfeited my item-they sent many reminders and had everything scheduled nicely. Offered to help or stay late so I could get my things-it was only $10 their prices are RIGHT!

Shipping problems
Item was as described, but their in-house shipping leaves much to be desired: item (a framed print) was not wrapped in bubble wrap or padding-or marked "fragile"-and the glass arrived broken. The claims process had some hiccups.

The cookie jar I won in auction was in pieces when I received it.
Cindi has been very helpful with the claim of my cookie jar but I am still waiting for my claim to be processed and refunded to m, other than that she is very helpful.

Great experience!!
I purchased a lot of art pottery pieces from Jupiter and I decided to pick it up to save on shipping. I was a bit nervous about it because it would be my first time doing a pickup. I was so pleasantly surprised! I would highly recommend Jupiter and I will definitely be buying from them again.
