The item is a very nice depiction of the Kwan Yin, delicate and serene, standing on the lotus flower. She is posed holding the Ru Yi scepter. It's a very nice look. The process of payment and shipping was slower than what I'm used to on sites such as eBay, but I wasn't in a hurry and Li did respond to my email inquiries, so that wasn't an issues. As to its authenticities; Is it really boxwood? I could say without doing some destructive testing which I don't want to do. Is it really hand carved? I would think that it started out with a machine process and then was hand detailed after that. It does not have the hand carved look of my real antiques, bit for those I paid 10 to 30 times more than this piece. Does any of that really matter? No. The price for the piece seemed appropriate for what it is and the item is placed where I pass by many times each day. I like it for what it is, a nice looking Kwan Yin and a daily reminder of what she represents, so I'm happy with it. No regrets, Thanks

I bought Chef Knives that have had multiple problems. FIRST-After paying for the knives from this auction house I recieved an order form from Lavky.com"-a Ukrainian etsy type thing. This was my first red flag. SECOND-The knives sent were NOT the knives pictured. The patterns on the blades and handles were different. THIRD-They were shipped in plastic bags with NO packing material. There were small dings on the blades from poor packing. FOURTH-After I emailed Li about the knives being wrong he emailed and told me he would take $100 off my order because he shipped the knives I ordered to another customer. I do not want the knives he sent, and he refuses to reimburse me and return the knives. I have sent MULTIPLE photos, I have emailed MANY times, but LiveAuctioneers and LiTingTing Auctions failed in every way to deliver me the products that were pictured and I paid for. I will NEVER purchase from LiveAuctioneers again, and certainly not from Li TingTing.

This piece is perfectly fine but I guess not what I was expecting. I'm wearing it today and it looks great but I must admit to a little disappointment

This action house is not suppling the auction piece. Bait and switch. Advertising one thing and then offering a poor fake piece or refund. Do not trust.

She is selling silver plated items as silver bullion. Does tell you that if you read the full description. Does make me wonder why live Auctioneers has not shut her down. would call and ask but there is no number and their support has not answered my email.
