Easy process with everything going as it should. I felt that I received good value for the lots I purchased.

Every item that I won I this auction was stunning. Descriptions were spot on and transaction was seamless. The auction house responded to my questions promptly and were very helpful. I will definitely be saving this auction house to my favorites!

I received my items in good condition and was happy with them initially. When the necklace I purchased as Jade and Rock Crystal was professionally tested and reviewed, it was discovered that the majority of the piece was glass. I emailed the seller and received no response initially. Some time went by and I left a voice message. The next day, I got a call back and was followed up with a text and email stating they would not refund me because their consigner had already been paid, even though So, take note, that misrepresentation is acceptable to this seller. It’s a disgrace that they operate in this manner with no offer of resolution.

The item description was totally inadequate. The size, base, removal parts (for shipping) and weight were unknowns. After repeated request for information went unanswered (they gave me incomplete information) I felt I was flying blind trying to arrange shipping on this large item. I really liked one of there shippers they recommended. Saving grace!

Staff was very helpful in explaining shipping options. Item is as described. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

This was my first order with Aces and I have fallen in love with this gallery. I’ve added them to the top of my favorites and make sure they are on my search lists. It’s all due to the wonderful people who work there. One person in particular, whose name begins with a C. was so caring and helpful that I was just amazed at how well I was taken care of. She made sure my payment got through, was posted properly and then double checked my shipping arrangements to make sure they were spot on. She proactively reached out to me when she and the shipper made contact, when the item exchanged hands and again when it was on its way. Customer service, really it’s customer care, just does not get any better than this. One can find many interesting and fun things browsing about, but it’s people like C. who make all the difference to me and have made Aces an anchor in my choices fh houses to shop with and bid with. Try them, you will be so well cared for and your order shepherded through the process all the way until it safely and quickly arrives at your door. Her relationship with the shipper made this order a breeze and her making sure I was apprised every time my order progressed really meant a lot to me. Many items were broken and missing parts entirely. These pieces appeared intact in photos.

My experience with ACES from start to finish was amazing. They were super responsive to my questions via email, and made special accommodations to accommodate my furniture pickup. On the day of pickup, Alex went above and beyond to help me load everything into the truck and secure the items. He even helped tie everything up with his own materials (which I should have been better prepared for and provided on my own). Not to mention, the pieces were beautiful and in perfect condition. It was a smooth process through and through, I will definitely be keeping my eye out for items through ACEs.
