What I received is not the ring that was pictured.
The gold is so thin, you can bend it with two fingers. I am trying to return it but the seller is playing games and not providing DHL with the proper export paperwork AFTER telling me he were to mail it to him. BTW, fraudulent info in the Auction information. The seller is in Thailand, not India. Also uses a different name and address for payment. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HIM AGAIN. GOOD LUCK IF YOU DO.

Dishonest seller. Scammer. Beware! I am surprised LiveAuctioneers still dealing with them!
The seller sells 10 karat gold as high 18 karat gold. When I asked for return for refund after 3 weeks I was told 2 weeks pass and no negotiation is allowed.

Not the ring in the picture on the auction site
The ring that I received is not at all what was pictured on the auction site. This MAY be a lab created emerald and absolutely not a natural emerald as was stated. The mounting is similar but not as pictured. The diamonds are not the quality stated on the website. Took way too long to be shipped, it is now over a month since I won the auction and I'm extremely disappointed that I didn't receive the ring that I bid on.

The emerald in the ring is 100 % natural and the ring looks same as it was in the picture it was late because it was stuck in custom so I am sorry for that delay and sorry you had to wait that long

Beautiful Gemstones and Terrific Service!
I just received my items and am so happy with them. The internet does not do the rings justice! They are so much more beautiful in person than online. I am also very surprised that the package arrived so quickly. Each question I had was answered right away. Overall, a wonderful transaction-I cannot recommend enough!!
