The owner of the auction is very dedicated to customer service.
The owner provided additional pictures of items when requested and provided additional descriptions and condition reports. The items were as described and the condition as noted. He was very responsive. The owner was very helpful to resolving an issue with the shipping of the lots. That glitch was assignable to the shipper used. The owner reached out via phone to update me. At the end, the items were shipped correctly and arrived safely. I will work with this individual in the future should lots of interest become available.

Recieved item as it was in the picture
Items reviewed in three weeks of payment. Item arrived in good condition. Item was as in the picture. Some communication took place. Otherwise the courier company chosen was excellent and excellent communications and tracking. I had to pay another £ 75 on this side to have the item released which was an extra cost on rop of the $150 taken for shipping costs.

Fast shipping
Was glad that they shipped out when they said they would, however a tracking number would have been helpful as it was a surprise when it showed up. Thankfully my partner was there to grab it.
