Items not picked up after 30 days are confiscated
This company routinely loses items. In the past, they would hold my items for 3 to 6 months until I was in the area for local pickup. Then they changed their policy that items not picked up after 1 month are confiscated and placed for sale in upcoming auctions! They did not attempt any communication with me as to their policy change. Instead, they confiscated my purchases and resold them.

SHIPPING at first was a problem! Williams worked well with me to get resolved.
I now have the 3 paintings/prints I purchased. They are nicer than what I expected! The auction process was very smooth. I didn't realize that shipping wasn't formally arranged. I was recommended to check with nearby UPS store. The shipping estimate was outrageous. I told Williams Auction Gallery to forget it and give the artwork away (locally). They contacted SHIPMATES and got a quote for 1/3 of the UPS store offered. I approved and off they went. My framed artwork was VERY well packed and shipped. Hopefully they will make SHIPMATES a routine shipping company for them. Remember, the shipping company needs to go get your LOT purchases and bring them to their facility to pack & ship. I was very happy with the outcome! I appreciate all the support Williams Auction Gallery provided.

Easy partial refund
I went to pick up my items and one bottle was shattered somehow. Not visible in the photos. They quickly confirmed by looking at photos and quickly offered partial refund. Overall painless experience. The bottles I bought were unexpectedly full of vintage perfume, which was a nice surprise as that was not in the description. Store is located right off of I-95 in a low traffic area with ample parking, at least when I went Saturday.

Avoid their affiliated UPS store.
I do not want my review to negatively impact Williamson Auction House in anyway, this is only directed towards their affiliated UPS store. I’ve used their affiliated UPS store for every purchase I’ve made with Williamson, and while I found them expensive and unresponsive, I continued to use them out of consideration for Williamson. However my last purchase arrived damaged due to mishandling and or packaging, and after multiple attempts to contact them about what can be done, they still haven’t responded! Avoid them if possible!

Be very careful what you are buying
I have never bought anything at Auction from USA but have done so here in Australia. I decided to bid on a Rolex watch which i really liked. As I said I am in Australia so could not examine it. I have had it for about 6 weeks as it was for my 80th Birthday. In preparation for having as a present I took it to my jeweler to have it checked and serviced if necessary. I now find that the dial, the bezel and the gold band are all NON-Rolex. The band cannot actually be adjusted to my wrist size. The only way to make it fit is to cut the gold links thus rendering one of the links useless. The overall experience makes me feel sick after spending some $34, 000 AUD to buy my perfect gift. Very far from a perfect experience and I will never look at one of their actions again.
