Thanks for an easy, positive experience with your auction house.

I won a large ceramic christmas tree, it was the whole reason I was watching the auction, and had it shipped with two smaller items. When the tree arrived it was shattered in multiple areas. It was wrapped in a couple of layers of bubble wrap and placed in a box with packing peanuts. However due to it's weight, it never stood a chance. I contacted the auction house and they were sorry and willing to help. I did receive a refund for the item and auction charge, but not the tax or any portion of the $80 for shipping. Most of the shipping was from the large tree that was damaged, and on top of that if I hadn't won the tree, I wouldn't have bid on the other items. I won't attempt to purchase breakable items again from them.
