I called the Auction house and the person on the phone was very kind and gave me all the information I needed after the auction. My beautiful piece of art was dedicated sent to me and they were even some treats in the box as well. This was a great experience thank you so much.

Westmore Galleries and Auctions is a very responsive company. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and included an accurate description on their auction site. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase anything through the auction process.

I reached out before the auction asking questions based on the little information provided and upon receiving the items, realized they weren't what I had thought. I did not ask for a return or refund, but did reach back out to WG to provide my feedback on what they could have done better. It has been 5 days with no response. I can only imagine that they decided that they sold the product and didn't care about anything else. I case you are looking at any of their lots, you might want to verify medium in regards to art. In my case they described a piece as a giclee, which I took as giclee on canvas, I asked if the piece was stretched but was never on that specific point, just a number of other questions I had submitted at the same time. Unfortunately for me the pieces were on paper. So, Caveat Emptor is definitely the guiding principal here.
