Have bid on this auction multiple times and never disappointed. It would help if they had pickup times so I could save on shipping. Nevertheless, everything gets packed nicely and arrives in a reasonable time. Will be doing more business with them. No issues at all.

Product ended up being exactly what I was looking for. But it took way longer than necessary for it to ship. To be fair, their shipping policy was clearly written on the auction info. They write that items are not even shipped until up to 10 days after the order is processed. Which in my opinion is a long time for a small item. Would definitely consider ordering again if it was the right product, but I am a bit disappointed in their shipping policy.

They have beautiful jewelry, but not always the speediest shipping. In two different auctions I received one item in about 7 days, but the other item took about 3 weeks. Also, I had not noticed that the posts were unusually short. I have to wear safety backings and push them in quite tight in order to not lose the earrings... so just a warning to pay attention to that. Generally, I'm grateful for their offerings and will bid again.

I’m pretty pleased with most of the purchase, but a little damage to one of the pieces that did not show in the picture. Arranging to shipment took time, but received good customer service from the company. I would buy from them again.

Never again-knowingly sold broken brooch and a piece that appears to be a fake knock-off.
