1st Auction Experience
First auction experience seemed smooth and painless. The description of painting was accurate and it came with the authentication letter from Auction House. The only thing that caught me by surprise was the Buyer's Premium. But that was due to my inexperience but overall great purchase!

very disappointed with the auction house and they still have not come back to us
So disappointed with the item, and I’ve had no response back from the auction house I believe this Picture to be really quite modern. I’ve had no response back from the auction house it can clearly not be attributed to Picasso as the picture appears to be really quite modern given the Paper that it’s on and also a wash that has been placed on the paper

Trustfull and fast
Somehow the communication was "minimal", like one email for the payment and one email for the shipping. No confirmation emails. Packaging was very good and all in all fast delivery. At the end I am very happy with result, although I have to admit I had my doubts at first.

This company is out to give you a pleasant experience.
Even though, the art was not available the substitute was even better. It was the same just in a different color. They were very concern in my experience. I am very happy with everything.

The artwork arrived broken.
"The artwork arrived broken. They just told me to buy super glue to stick the broken bronze together, but it actually requires welding, which I had to pay for."

Hello!!! you know it is not true, the packaging was very professional, they broke it when they took it out, impossible for anything to happen to it, and we offered to pay for the restoration, please be honest, I have written to you on several occasions and you have not answered me. Best regards

I will try and use this company anyday
