Great auction
Great auction! The only small issue I had were some of the imperfections were not apparent on the photos or in the description. But nothing that cant be fix. I do watch the lots pretty close. Next time I may ask for more info. I would definitely buy again from this auction house.

Extremely helpful
I many good things to say about this auction house. They went the extra mile to protect my cannon on it's way to me, got it to me quickly after the auction, took extra photos on request, answered all my questions, and were just generally great to buy from. I am now the proud owner of of a 200 (ish) year old bronze cannon, and it made it to me with the dolphin rings and patina intact.

Extra fees add up
Add at least a third more to your maximum bid price since extra fees really add up. Also, it would be nice if they included a video of the items to demonstrate they really are "fully" working. Mine was only partially working.

Great Auction Site
I was very impressed with the way this auction house conducted the auction for O Gauge model trains. The bidding process was easy to understand, and I placed my bid using the max amount I thought the locomotive was worth, and I was successful. The best part of the transaction was when it came to paying for the loco and the international postage. Bruce Zalkin (from the auction house) arranged everything, and sent the package via UPS, who are one of my favourite shippers in North America. The cost to ship was extremely good, and the loco arrived in Australia in the usual 7 day time period. The box was well packed, and there was no damage to the loco after travelling half the way around the world. I was highly impressed with the paying and shipping process used by Marz Auctions.
