Add at least a third more to your maximum bid price since extra fees really add up. Also, it would be nice if they included a video of the items to demonstrate they really are "fully" working. Mine was only partially working.

I was very impressed with the way this auction house conducted the auction for O Gauge model trains. The bidding process was easy to understand, and I placed my bid using the max amount I thought the locomotive was worth, and I was successful. The best part of the transaction was when it came to paying for the loco and the international postage. Bruce Zalkin (from the auction house) arranged everything, and sent the package via UPS, who are one of my favourite shippers in North America. The cost to ship was extremely good, and the loco arrived in Australia in the usual 7 day time period. The box was well packed, and there was no damage to the loco after travelling half the way around the world. I was highly impressed with the paying and shipping process used by Marz Auctions. As advertised

Although Marz suggested that it would take up to 2 weeks for shipping my item I still haven't received any information unless I initiate the conversation despite the promise of a tracking number. Any bidders should think long and hard about purchasing any large or fragile items if shipping is required.

Every car & box arrived in exactly the same condition as shown in the auction photos, because this auction house carefully packaged them for shipping and then used a very sturdy corrugated cube-shaped mailing box. All 4 cars were very carefully wrapped in tissue paper and then bubble wrap. They were placed into the shipping box separate from the Lesney boxes with lots of packing paper dividing them. The boxes were very carefully folded almost flat and then individually wrapped in tissue, then inserted into a plastic bag and then wrapped in bubble wrap. It was nothing less than a truly outstanding packaging method! Everything arrived totally unscathed. They were shipped on the Monday after the Saturday auction ended and arrived 4 days later on Friday. I highly recommend Marz Auctions and will enthusiastically bid on their future auctions.

I like a fair and easy explanation of services offered and Marz is all that. No questions needed. Bidding process was fair and the entire transaction was a great experience. I received the order within a week of auction ending. Will use them again I am sure!
