The postage was crazy
I was happy with the purchase, but the cost of posting such a small package was a huge shock.

Just to clarify, we shipped via FedEx Express Overnight, fully insured. We don’t set or profit from the shipping charges — we simply collect them for FedEx and the insurer. If you were happy with the item but unhappy with FedEx’s rates, we don’t believe that should reflect on us. If FedEx charged less, would this have been a 5-star experience? That’s the part we want to understand, as we can only control what’s within our scope. Thank you.

Sizing ring can't be done until February 2025.
Not sure if ring size mentioned was correct or not as it's too big for my wife. Should be tight. Haven't had it resized yet so I don't know for sure. But I like this outfit, Hannosh, to work with.

Excellent auction house
Very responsive and polite to inquiries. Items were well and accurately described, pointing out potential sizing issues that I would not have known. Very pleased with the items. Would have no hesitation in dealing with them. I follow for their auctions. The pink stone is even prettier than expected.

A model for auction houses to follow
Not everyone is cozy spending a great deal of money across the interweb. The first things to know is that this house is both professional and safe. In contacting them before bidding their reply was prompt and information thorough. Once the auction was complete, it was clear about payment, invoicing, and shipping. The Breitling arrived quickly, was well packaged, and as picture/advertised. As though this isn't enough, you pay what the floor pays. They are truly competitive in very aggressive auction house market. I would do business with them again with no hesitation.
