Terrible service, terrible communication.
They never sent the item. Called LA ….. little to no help. The contact # goes directly to VM. NO VETTING HERE. Dishonest & incompetent. Terrible service. Terrible communication. LA needs 2 vet these auctions. Bad all the way around.

I got Burned for $7000, thats why every lot passes.
I am going to enlighten you on what my experience with this auction company. At first, I could not believe I spent 7k on 3 Separate Rolls of 2-10 Dollar Morgan Rolls With CCs on the end of the coins. I bought another 20 dollar roll with CCs on the ends. I sent the coins to get graded through the 3rd largest coin dealer in the world and 4 Of the CC coins could not receive a grade because they were tampered with. The Coin Retailer is called Great Collections and I will have them forward on the letter stating that what I was sold were tampered with. They open up all the rolls and close them after swapping out the good coins. Out of 600 lots. I think everything passed except 3 lots. Live Auctioneers will do nothing for you and you will be out alot of money. Please review their previous auctions and you will immediately understand. These people are fraudsters and the majority coins wont grade. This is why every lot in every auction says "Passed." These people take your money and go shopping with it. How can you tell there is a CC coin on the ends when lady liberty is facing you? Its not rocket science and once you have "Won" a lot. You have been Duped. I was very excited, only to be devastated by the process between Hibido Coins LLC and their partners at Live Auctioneers. Lets put it this way dont be the next victim. I promise you that you will be the sorriest you ever been falling into this scam. 1 ounce of gold does not cost $7, 000.00. That is them taking your money and making $3, 000 and then going shopping. Remember my experience and shop at a reputable auction. Eventually, you will see the past auctions and you will immediately understand. Dont be the next sucker.

Not delivered coins, after 6 weeks refund the payment.
Hibido Coins LLC is fraud, I won the item on December 17th 2025, contacted so many time and I was able to get hold of someone once and thereafter stop picking my phone. Never send 100 oz worth of silver coin after the payment made 7 weeks back due to silver price went up, without giving any reason cancelled the order and refund my payment. Why in the world one want to bid with this auction house where after the payment not delivered the item and hold money for 6-7 weeks ($7, 500). This is fraudulent auction house. Buyer’s beware!
