The picture showed a framed poster and the only information provided was the size of the print and the words "2nd printing." The poster came unframed. When I asked the auction house about the frame, they responded by telling me that could send me a frame, but that it was so cheap that most bidders wouldn't want it. When I asked about the "2nd printing" designation, pointing out that what I received was a clearly brand new print that looked to be created digitally, I got a rude and dismissive response. They said that "2nd printing by definition is made later than the first printing." To this auction house, apparently that is all that 2nd printing means. The message went on. "I'm not trying to be snarky," they said before being super snarky, but "this is pretty well known poster 101 stuff." I will take some blame for being a naive bidder. I assumed that the designation "2nd printing" along with the starting price that was five times that of digital reproductions listed online meant that the poster would have a date, copyright, letters or numbers signifying its print run, printer's mark, or some indication that it was an authorized reprint. I got a brand new reproduction that sure looks digital. Just make sure you bone up on "poster 101 stuff" before bidding with Diamond Auctions and avoid correspondence unless you are OK being treated like you're an idiot.

Unique in my experience at LiveAuctioneers, I didn't receive an item. Granted, a relatively small item that didn't cost a great deal, but still, there's the principle. LA did attempt to help me, but I really wasn't able to get much of a response out of the auction house. Rather baffled, not sure what happened. The accuracy rating is based on the non-receipt of item.

Came very quickly and was just what I expected

Sent multiple messages about item I won and it was very difficult to obtain a firm answer on shipment. Shipment charges were confusing and seemingly over priced and misleading when I asked for in-house shipping and they gave it to another shipper which only added to the confusion. After voicing my concerns and dissatisfaction with everything, not to mention the multiple delays in shipping, I asked for express shipping which went unanswered. I wouldn’t purchase from them again!

Necklace was advertised as vintage sterling silver and turquoise Native American, but was made of synthetic stones and base metal. Imported from India. Fake advertising and fake product. Buyer beware!

Still waiting for quite some time now to receive my items. Not sure what else is required of me. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!

Diamond added that maybe they weren’t sure what they were selling and besides that had sold over 50 like this with no trouble. People should know what they are bidding on. You refer many times to lithographs: they are not. You say the mages have rich tonal contrasts and sharp definition: they do not. You say it is perfect for collectors seeking authentic Curtis pieces. These are not for collectors, nor are they authentic. Finally you wrote that they are on old and thick paper. The paper is not old nor is it thick.

I've been buying eclectic Dead merchandise for my nephew who is also a Deadhead. I just happened upon this auction house, with amazing inventory. I can't wait to send these items for his next birthday gift. This house is incredibly efficient and I look forward to doing business with them again

Description of one of the items was not accurate. The record itself was severely warped. Communication was spotty. Had to contact a few times to get any response about shipping. When my items were shipped... they went out about 5 + days later than I was told they did. I also had to ask for tracking number. When I did receive my two items, I was shocked by the extremely poor packing!!! Amazingly, nothing was damaged in shipping, but easily could have been. So between, the so-so communication, description miss, shipping & packing... I'm not sure if I would ever bid with them again.

This was a great experience. The piece arrived in a well protected container and in good time. Would definitely do business with them again
