Disappeared
Got payment and then provided zero response to LA Messanger, phone, voicemail, email and text. I finally found the shipper and 4 weeks later they decided to ship it to the wrong address. Fortunately, the shower rerouted the package. To this day, nothing from the vendor.

It's unfortunate that I have to leave a review like this
My purchase was over $500 in hot wheels. They have a great selection for sure! I live in colorado but took a trip to Tucson to visit family. I figured I'd save shipping and scheduled for pick up. After quite a few text/email, I let him know when I would be there for pick up. I waited about 2 hours to pick up once I got there. My bad for not inspecting all items. I called eventually once I returned to Colorado. I had an issue with 1 out of several items. I called and was told they would look into it and will call me back. I haven't heard from them since. Very unfortunate. I would have gladly spent another 500 with them. Like I said they have great stuff. But sadly with the lack of customer service, I will not do business with them again

Hi Stacey, last we spoke you had another person using your account that still has an unpaid balance of over $300 and when we spoke on the phone last you said that you would handle it and call us back. We have yet to hear back.

I bid on 3 models-the package arrived after about 3 weeks because I live in Europe. Really, really good protection of the shipment. The models arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely bid on some Hot Wheels again. ๐
