My purchase was over $500 in hot wheels. They have a great selection for sure! I live in colorado but took a trip to Tucson to visit family. I figured I'd save shipping and scheduled for pick up. After quite a few text/email, I let him know when I would be there for pick up. I waited about 2 hours to pick up once I got there. My bad for not inspecting all items. I called eventually once I returned to Colorado. I had an issue with 1 out of several items. I called and was told they would look into it and will call me back. I haven't heard from them since. Very unfortunate. I would have gladly spent another 500 with them. Like I said they have great stuff. But sadly with the lack of customer service, I will not do business with them again
