these 3 items match the photographs provides. The claret jug is impressive and cleaned up well. The clock's missing hands are unfortunate. The sugar compote is from India which was unexpected. the silver spoons cleaned up well-the compote is of a different metal altogether.

Your buyer creds have just gone up. You went over and above to satisfy the customer-as it should be everyone's business model. The container the items were shipped in needed a "Fragile Item" inside (the ceramic Hummel). In BIG RED letters. The transporter DID NOT handle the shipping container with due care-I took photos of the cardboard box as I felt uneasy opening it (the box was smashed on one side)-but the interior packing worked well. Bryant Art Auction did a very good job.
