Awsome auction house
I have won multiple auctions with this Auction House. Great to work with and resolves issues with ease. No problem with these lots. Items packaged well, arrived quickly and just as described. Highly recommend them.

Wonderful customer service.
I purchase one art through an auction and another piece after the auction that was buy now/make an offer. Worked with this auction house and very easy to negotiate with and quick to respond. Items were just as described and arrived with all paper work. Items were packaged well and arrived quickly. Would recommend.

Rewrite this review. Art Lovers Anonymous was excellent during this auction buying experience. Zero issues, art was just as described and arrived packaged well and was shipped quickly. Purchased multiple auction items from them and recommend them highly. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I will definitely participate in future auctions with them.

First time on art auction
Art Lovers Anonymous was excellent to work with during my first art auction purchasing experience. I purchased multiple pieces, all of which arrived quickly and were packaged very well. Each item was exactly as described. There was one minor issue in that an incorrect COA was initially included with one of the pieces. However, the auction house responded promptly and quickly sent the correct certificate, resolving the issue without hassle. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I will definitely participate in future auctions with them.

Art Lovers Anonymous auctions one item but sends you a different item
I bid and won a art piece with a registration number ending in. 0172 and an appraisal of $4, 100. I received a different item. The item received had an art registration number ending in. 0028 and an appraisal of just $770. BUYER BEWARE. SELLER DOESNT SHIP THE ART YOU PURCHASED. SELLER WAS VERY UNCOOPERATIVE AND DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH.

Good morning, thank you for your review. I was and currently out of the country with very unreliable internet and I still tried to work with you and your concerns. Your timelines for responses are unrealistic. You left this review as I was still actively addressing your concerns. You paid for an item and got the piece you wanted. I offered to have a new appraisal sent to you with the corrected amount and you were unwilling to budge. I do not know what else to do to make you happy. Was this buyers remorse as your only options were refunds and not to rectify the situation?

I specifically asked this broker my question, which, was this an oil on canvas work more than once, and I was told via email that yes it was indeed, a oil on canvas. Since it arrival and having a professional at the New Orleans Gallery look it over, I learned it is not a oil on canvas. But I am still NOT disappointed with my purchase, and I actually feel extremely hornored to be it new caretaker. I am only disappointed in the fact that if this broker was unsure of the correct answer, she would have just said that to me, in the beginning.
