Top notch auction house!
The lots II won were separated and labeled and neatly the packaged. I was able to do a local pickup and they were very flexible with the time and very accommodating. I will be looking forward to their upcoming auctions. If you need a good well oiled auction house to bid with go with them. I am super happy with my purchase.

Auction house was great with the communication and easy step-by-step payment process. Once payment was made, they were very quick to ship with updates all along the way. Item was securely wrapped and packaged and shipped quickly, arriving here totally undamaged and exactly how it was originally pictured. I reached out to the auction house about the shipping number being wrong and I never heard back.

Hi Matt! You emailed us at 10:18am on a Saturday and I replied to you at 1:50pm the same day. The tracking number I previously sent you is in fact correct. Your package was rerouted by the Post Office due to forwarding instructions, which I explained to you in the last email. It seems that you moved and updated your address with Live Auctioneers after you purchased this record. I am sorry that I wasn't able to respond in less than three hours on a Saturday with the exact same information you already had.
