This auction house is honest and trustworthy and very customer focused. Their photos and descriptions are spot-on and they get your item to you as quickly as possible. We are repeat customers for a reason! Highly recommended.

Beautiful glass. Excellent description. Shipping was provided in-house and was extremely reasonable. A + all around.

It all went as advertised, no hidden charges etc. I made my maximum bid very early and the auction proceeded without any need for me to do a thing. Finally the other bidder dropped out and I won. The buyers premium was reasonable. The packing and shipping charges were reasonable and seamless. So the whole process was easy, swift, no surprises.

Because of Live Auctioneers rip off shipping, handling, and other fees, I had worked directly with them to avoid the predatory policies. Even so Live Auctioneers tried to get in between Ripley and me. Through the system they shut them down. They were great. Really loved my auction win. Described perfect, handled everything, and shipped promptly. Great Company, Great People!!!

I have found that RIPLEY Auctions is one of the most transparent auction houses I've worked with. Item descriptions are well detailed, photography is excellent, the bidding process is clearly stated as well as the Buyer's premium and bidders are updated about their bid's status on the regular basis. Winning bidders are notified immediately upon the auction close and given a choice of picking items up or having them shipped. Invoices are emailed immediately and shipping costs/details follow several days later. Transactions are clear, a follow up notice is sent regarding expected delivery date as well as the name of the mail carrier, package tracking number and contact information for inquiries. What I particularly liked in the auction I recently participated in was a listing of the bid progression in the auction of the items I won. I also liked seing the dollar range of the items which helped me determine my bid. Very thorough. Excellent communication. I will continue to follow Ripley Auctions and bid again on items of interest.

The ring was described as having diamonds, however my jewler upon examination stated they are not. All of the D & E costume jewelry was good.

Lost respect for this outfit after learning they allow for bid cancellation so your competitor can learn your max bid. Hardly confidence building auctioneer.

two things: (1) one of the two lots I won was lost and was sent notice only after I paid for the item and the refund was slow coming (2) the "internet payment charge for using a credit card" ended up to be 20 % of the sale price
