I don't normally write public reviews but I do buy from around 100-120 auctions a year and this was probably one of the worst experiences. I purchased a small bottle and three small pieces of jewelry. I was charged around $56 is shipping for this through "Live Auctioneers" shipping. A couple days later, another auction house, 24 pieces of jewelry-$21 for shipping with "Live Auctioneers". I do know in house shipping can be cheaper so I reached out more than once to get my options. NOPE. No response. Fast forward to three weeks after payment and me getting my items today. The $56 shipping had my pieces wrapped in bubble wrap and PUPPY PEE PADS and packaged in a USED AMAZON BOX! If you are going to charge me that much, at least make my stuff look good when it arrives please! I will not be shopping with you again needless to say! I will stick to the few that care for their customers

Simply the best

Both items purchased had cracks that were not disclosed in the description or photos. The description said “Very good condition”. The items were turned in the photos so that the cracks could not be seen. They are not something that could have been easily missed by the seller. Somewhat deceptive, don’t you think?

Be watchful! Because I won a old book and from three photos posted by auction house book seemed in good condition but was not. Part of book spine missed and restoration will be very expensive. Now in one auction house in england will be same book in ofer for 200 £ but I'm owner of this book in bad condition so... pity
