Lot title misleading
Lot title stated 'Lalique...', the Description stated 'all signed', meaning the auctioneer saw a signature, which was actually 'Daum'. On a positive side, the auction house had immediately resolved an issue to my complete satisfaction.

Highly responsive; wonderful to work with
I experienced a little delay in shipping because I had misread some of the shipping instructions. When I reached out, Tori (owner of the auction house) got back to me almost immediately, and she was incredibly helpful and kind. Great business to work with-very fair shipping rates, and a remarkably helpful owner.

Let me start by saying congratulations on winning such a beautiful & loved piece. I am sorry that you possibly misunderstood the shipping platform offered by us prior to you bidding. We do offer in house shipping for a small fee on items that are small and being delivered in the lower 48 states. When shipping to Europe there are fees involved that we as an auction house have absolutely no control over. I truthfully thought we had gone above and beyond to find you a reasonable shipping platform with a competitive price. I am sorry if you felt let down by our customer service. Kindest regards-

Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish
One of the best auction houses I've ever worked with. They were incredibly helpful, super responsive to any questions I had, and made the entire process easy and smooth. Not as described
Both items purchased had cracks that were not disclosed in the description or photos. The description said “Very good condition”. The items were turned in the photos so that the cracks could not be seen. They are not something that could have been easily missed by the seller. Somewhat deceptive, don’t you think?

Be watchful please
Be watchful! Because I won a old book and from three photos posted by auction house book seemed in good condition but was not. Part of book spine missed and restoration will be very expensive. Now in one auction house in england will be same book in ofer for 200 £ but I'm owner of this book in bad condition so... pity
