Easy and simple way to buy at auction
Purchased a fantastic painting at auction, payment was easy and pickup was a breeze. Any questions were answered promptly by the staff. Hardest part was the parking garage:)

Amazing packing job.
The item was a very fragile lamp and the packing job was truly amazing! It arrived in a timely manner in perfect condition, just as it had been described. I would surely bid on an item from Loon Auctions in the future.

Fantastic Finds
Loon Auction has some really great finds in their auctions. The ring I won came today, it unfortunately took almost a month to get, but the ring is more stunning in person. I am very happy with my choice and would definitely find other auctions with Loon.

Shipping was too expensive
Disappointed at how expensive shipping was especially due to the fact that it was a small box with non-breakable items.

Shipping options
When buying with this Auction house use their “in-house” shipping option. I mistakenly checked out through live auctioneers who tabulated a ridiculous packing and shipping price. That’s on me and not the auction house, so pay attention.

Great Auction Company!
Really good communication and solid customer service. I bought over 20 ceramic pieces and the packing was absolutely top notch, like art-handler level. Not a single pieces was broken or damaged in any way. They went above and beyond and wouldn't hesitate to buy here again and again. Lovely company.
