They don’t deliver what they sell and they don’t back it up when it’s undelivered.
I ordered an opal and it wasn’t delivered. I contacted them and they sent to the sellers in Asia to get my product. Sorry, that’s not how I work. I paid live Auctioneers the payment and their 28 % premium, but not good enough for them to take action. I have had to dispute this charge with the credit card company due to the auction house lack of caring, response or any useful action in their part. I would recommend you stay away from their auctions.

Duplicitous vendor
I bought an item from these people. When I received the bill, there was tacked on charge for several times the amount of my Bid. I requested an explanation. I did not receive one they sent another bill then they cut me off from bidding with live auctioneers with a complaint of nonpayment. After that, I received a notice that it was for shipping. I paid it as I was more or less backed into a corner over it. This led me to wonder about the veracity of their description. I’m still wondering as after several months I’ve yet to receive the item. I doubt that I ever will. I’ve given one star in order to rate them. I’d have preferred to give them minus stars.
