Online payment fee & Shipping Fee
Why was this Not disclosed in the listing that there is an online payment fee? I would Not have purchased. Over charged shipping fee. Hope you enjoy the money.

Good afternoon, Richard, I’m sorry to hear about your frustration, and I wanted to clarify what occurred. Neither the online payment fee nor the LiveShipping charge was imposed by Treasure Trove Auctions. Those are fees assessed directly through LiveAuctioneers. Because LiveShipping was selected on the invoice, LiveAuctioneers generated the shipping quote and charged that amount directly. The online payment fee is also avoidable when buyers contact us before payment and choose an alternative method such as wire transfer, ACH, or check. Had we been able to connect before the invoice was paid, I likely could have saved you a significant amount. I actually reached out early last week in an attempt to amend your invoice and move you over to our in-house shipping. Our quote would have been substantially lower, in this case roughly 80 % less than the LiveAuctioneers shipping amount, but unfortunately I was not able to make contact with you before the payment was completed. I also gave you a call this morning because I would genuinely like to explain what happened and the options I was trying to offer you. None of those additional charges are retained by Treasure Trove Auctions. I appreciate the feedback regardless, Richard, and I would still be happy to speak with you directly and see if there is anything I can do to help clarify or improve the situation. German Dagger-Nice product with hidden cost
Overall satisfied with the auction product. Just all the cost involved, I understand the common fees, but $400 over the cost of the product. I felt there were some additional charges that were overwhelming.

Great purchase
Highly recommend this auction! Fast communication, easy and simple to deal with. They charge reasonable price for shipping unlike many other auction try to charge double or triple on the shipping.

Excellent responsiveness from Treasure Trive and Ethan-some challenges on importing into UK (not of Treasure Troves doing)-Ethan helped to facilitate a successful outcome-I cannot applaud and thank him enough-when I really needed help, he was there almost instantly!

Awesome item
As a collector of WWII German Militaria you definitely need ti be on your toes. There are many good looking fake on the open market but the badge is won is one of the nicest in my collection. Bidders premium is comparable to the others shipping was very good. Ill definitely buy from them again.
