Diligent very responsive post-sale support
The post-sale support team were delightfully helpful and very responsive in managing the international shipping arrangements to the UK-from initial quoting to execution. The pricing is competitive and their own payment system very efficient. One of the most efficient houses I have ever had to deal with. The staff were so friendly and helpful

We appreciate you bringing the discrepancy to our attention. In response, we explained the error, reviewed the pricing of the piece, and offered a full return and refund if the absence of a signature materially affected your decision to keep the work. Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding payment and shipping charges. This order involved international shipping, and additional shipping/handling charges were required after the auction concluded. Based on our communication, it appears there may have been some misunderstanding regarding how payments are processed between the LiveAuctioneers platform and individual auction houses. For international orders, we calculate shipping and handling charges only after the item is fully packaged so we can provide the most accurate rate possible and avoid overcharging our customers. This process is intended to keep shipping fair and transparent, particularly for international buyers where rates can vary significantly based on final package size, weight, insurance, and destination. We utilize LiveAuctioneers AutoPay whenever possible to provide a seamless checkout experience, and many of our buyers have found the process simple and straightforward. We always aim to communicate clearly regarding any additional international shipping costs prior to final shipment.
