I got some of the most beautiful white stoneware I have ever seen. The old rug was spectacular as well. I could not resist the 15 % either. They went out of their way to help me with shipping. Super nice friendly people that were such a pleasure to deal with.

More sellers including auctions should have as efficient and personal service as Olivers Auction. Questions of all kinds are answered quickly and in a knowledgeable way. Buyers 'fees are reasonable, and everything invoiced to you is spelled out explicitly. The shipping is fair, and my object, at least, arrived very fast and without damage, and it was fragile. The complete transaction was done online, and from first bid to final shipping was smooth and not diffcult in any way. I can easily recomment Olivers.

I participated in an online auction this past weekend hosted by Oliver’s Auction House. Even though I’m very familiar with online auctions, as a collector of Edgefield and South Carolina pottery, this was my first time with Oliver’s, and I was really impressed. I managed to win some amazing pottery pieces along with a few unique folk-art items that I’m super excited about. What I loved most was how organized and upfront everything was. The item descriptions were spot-on, so there were no surprises about their condition. My husband and I even went to preview the items in person before the auction. Their team walked us through everything, answered our questions, and even provided a black light to check for any issues with the pottery. I also appreciated their honest approach when it came to identifying pieces; they only credited a piece to a maker when it was absolutely clear who that maker was. And when I picked up my items, the customer service was fantastic — the staff had everything ready and extra hands-on deck to help with loading, making the pickup process a breeze. Thank you to Oliver’s Auction for hosting such a wonderful auction filled with unique and awesome items. Overall, it was a great experience, and I cannot wait until your next auction!!
