Del answered a few questions relating to shipping and provided the UPS contact information she recommended. My musket was delivered even earlier than expected and in excellent condition.

Lou and Dell are the most honest and best folks to work with. We have found so many treasures with them in Pine Bush NY

They over charge for shipping, using larger boxes and stuffing them with garbage. All their shipping supplies were used and looked more like garbage, than packing materials. I paid for garbage and oversized boxes, making for higher shipping costs. I will never go back to this site.

This was a nice poster that ended up at a fairly high price. I was still happy to get it. After some delay and finding there was no contact email I contacted the seller by phone and after some back and forth the seller convinced me that shipping it in the pictured frame would be difficult and expensive. Though I was willing to pay for shipping it in the frame I made the mistake of agreeing to having it removed from the frame and shipped rolled in a heavy shipping tube. I was very adamant that the tube would be a heavy shipping tube. I have shipped and received many posters over the years and know the value of a thick walled tube. Unfortunately the seller chose a thin walled lightweight white tube of small diameter. The poster was rolled tightly to fit into the small tube. The tube did not fair well on the trip from New York to Colorado. It was crushed in several places and nearly bent in half in one. Of course there was corresponding damage to the poster. This is a large, hard to find poster. At $1600 I was disappointed that the seller had not realized the importance of using a proper shipping tube.

I've known Lou for something like 55 years. He was a good guy when I met him, and he's still that same fellow.

The description was spot on. The auction personnel assisted me in lining up a freight hauler to move my piece 1300 moiles at a reasonable rate. Every aspect of interaction with this auction house was superb.

These guys are really helpful and nice to deal with. They allowed me to keep my items there until I was able to come and get them. I did not want them shipped since they were so fragile. I am very happy with my purchases and will gladly bid there again. Thank you.

I was a little worried because a poster I bought has been reprinted multiple times. The auction house called me with provenance and did a check of some markings identifying an original. They were helpful and everything about the transaction went fine.

Roberson's Auctions was very professional and easy to work with. The photos and descriptions were accurate. They were quick to respond when I had questions about three of the items I was interested in. In-house shipping is always a plus in my book! The ring was well packaged, and the packing and shipping costs were extremely reasonable. I am delighted with my stunning "middle finger" ring. I was very happy with my experience recently at Roberson's auction. Glad to have them back and holding auctions! after attending several of their in-person past auctions. Very happy with items-photos were good. Very pleased with shipping arrangements, and prompt shipping. Careful packaging, everything arrived undamaged.
