Rude and unprofessional
I highly recommend that none of you ever buy from Sphere Auctions. There was a missing stone in a piece I bought from them, which they not only tried to hide in photos and didn’t mention in the written description, they were incredibly rude when I emailed them about it and tried to say it went missing during shipping (a total lie). In my original message I was polite and respectful but all I got in return was horrible attitude and accusations and refusals to be helpful. It would’ve been very easy for them to be nice and, even if they couldn’t help me due to their policies, if they were at all polite I wouldn’t be here writing this post. Avoid this place. There are better ways to spend your hard-earned money. Sphere Auction

One of the Easiest!!! Auction sites I’ve been to and they are the Best!
From the alley moving fast to getting the price that I paid for what my items were from the shipping to the communication everything was perfect affordable affordable affordable not once that I feel like I was getting ********** over to Kohl’s. This was super easy other auction sites need to take practice from this site thank you very much.

defective watch
Despite marketing the watch as "New battery installed-running and keeping time at time of listing." the watch arrived not working. I purchased a new battery and had it installed and the watch still did not work. There appears to be a credibility issue here.

Response to condition question not very helpful
Item was as described and pictured. I looked at the pictures closely, it was a glass jewelry item, and I couldn't tell from the pictures if there was a fleabite or just glare. I asked. Their response was: "I don’t think so check pictures." Not confidence inspiring.

Smooth Process Overall
Photos were of good quality but lot sizes were perhaps not as clearly stated as might have been. Buyers Premium more reasonable that other auction houses which can be 30 %. Shipping price was reasonable. Lotscarrived well packaged and delivered within the 10 days promised. I would use this auction house again.

Wish its problems had been identified, as the setting mechanism works only when it wants to, and sometimes runs fast and sometimes slow. Have to get it repaired.

Every single timepiece has issues, which is stated within their disclaimer, however I've noticed they do a great job in describing certain features of their watches, while they conveniently omit other issues. This was the last time I place a bid on any of their items.

Nice watch but...
Nice watch and I realize it's a vintage watch so we'll probably have to have a service and battery change but it's running 15 seconds fast per minute which is very quick but more importantly I'm not able to set the time because the hands don't turn correctly and I don't believe that this was mentioned in the description of the watch so aside from having its service to fix the fast time I now have to get the hands fixed not sure if it's worth it.. so price it out and may have to sell for parts. But overall I'm satisfied with the auction house buying a vintage watch is always risky and many times there may be more to fix than is a parent at the time of the sale I'm happy with the watch and I may keep it even if it doesn't function correctly it's a very unique piece but I will try to get it fixed and worse comes to worst I can sell it for parts and I'm sure that I can make back the money that I spent on it so overall a positive experience
