I had no response with the auction house after payment. The only reason I knew my items were coming was that it showed up on my USPS delivery notice for my address. It took a couple weeks for the label to get made and then another week for it to enter the USPS shipment. One item was marketed as 15CT gold but turned out to be a low carat gold, like 7-8 according to my jeweler. The mark was barely legible 5CT, which might be for the total weight of the stones. The other items were as expected. Overall as with any auction, don't trust what is written, it may be better or worse than anticipated.

If I didnt contact them, I wouldve never received my items.

Great auction house, easy to buy from

At first, I was a little leery about how the shipping would go, and the possibility of tariffs. It took maybe a tad longer than expected (or was it my imagination?), but everything went smoothly, and my beautiful pieces came exactly as expected, well packed/wrapped, correctly priced and consistent with the photos. I would not hesitate to do business with Garage again.

My item arrived in good condition as portrayed in the listing's photos. Invoice was sent very quickly. I was satisfied with the care taken in packaging, and the shipping time was reasonable. However, after I received confirmation of my payment, I never heard anything back from the auction house regarding the status of my item. I never received a tracking number or any confirmation it had been shipped at all. I reached out to the auction house via both email and direct messaging through LiveAuctioneers, and they never responded. I even went as far contacting LiveAuctioneers support to help get me in contact with the auction house, though since my package thankfully arrived yesterday, LiveAuctioneers's intervention was ultimately not necessary. At the time of writing this, I still have not received any communication from the auction house. Overall, this was a very mixed experienced. Again, the item was accurately portrayed in the listing, and my item arrived just at 2 weeks after I won my item, which I believe is very reasonable given that it was shipped from Canada to the USA. However, the complete lack of communication during those 2 weeks created a lot of stress for me as I had no way of knowing my item's status or if I would even receive it. I have not had any problems with communication or receiving shipping updates with any other auction house on this platform and am very disappointed with Garage's lack of professionalism in these areas. While I am glad to have received my item, I don't see myself buying from this auction house again in the future.

I would not recommend this auction house. Found their description was only accurate in the favor towards the auction house, not the buyer. For the amount of money I've spent and I have literally purchased from hundreds of auction houses around the world. This is definitely one of my worst experiences.
