Absolutely love my items. The Chanel jacket is heavy and luxurious in quality. And I adore my Hermes bag, such an amazing color and similar to my old vintage one I already have. Would shop again.

Won the item on December 13, 2025. Had to contact the company on December 29, 2025 because I had no shipping confirmation. Received the item today, January 14, 2026 and it was the wrong item. It's not ANYTHING close to what I ordered. Horrible customer service and not responsive at all.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of these items. I realize that they were never detailed as "authentic", however they were described as "genuine luxury pieces"-these items are the farthest from luxury pieces and possibly the worst quality fake items I've ever seen. Shame on me for not asking questions-do not make the same expensive mistake I made! If I could I would give 0 stars-absolutely the worst!! I have had many transaction on LiveAuctioneers and all of them have been extremely positive-this is by far the worst experience I have had with this site. Terrible!

The bag I purchased is counterfeit, it took 5 + weeks for them to ship a fake bag, overall terrible experience. When contacted for a return, got no response. Don't waste your time and money, this is a SCAM!

They are selling fake items and there shipping time is terrible. I had asked them to confirm authenticity and they just beat around the bush.

So no, not a beauty version-just fake and not even good fakes. I went back and forth with site & seller and she's just a low-end scammer. LA had the payment type wrong on the receipt so it took a minute to sort out and file charges. She sent 1/3 of the items out weeks after close. All three were attributed to a single tracking number for a package containing one fake item and note saying bags to follow. She then texts me saying she doesn't actually even have one of the bags and offers up pics of very obvious counterfeit bags, all new-not even decent fakes, none like the one due. I decline and request to cancel, says the remainder of the order will go out next day. It doesn't, two weeks later I get a tracking number-even worse fake arrives weeks after that. I confirm they are fake and nothing like her excuses exist, reach out to LA. They try to mediate. She claims I can’t return or receive a refund because I’m beyond her 3 day “policy” I ignore her being the delay-several times-and the mail fraud, since she’s re-selling counterfeit goods her “tos” don’t apply to illegal activity and I have an irritating amount of documentation to back up that it’s her entire business model. She responds to me via LA as if she’s responding to them, blaming me more and not comprehending she’s now messaging me directly. Again, low-end scammer iq. She agrees to a refund asks if I have a ppal and a printer to return her cheap fakes. I’m out of town, I message yes and she sends. The refund is sent as if she is a buyer and she files a dispute claiming I didn’t return it in time, amusing every step of the way. Reporting her to all the places who would even remotely be interested in this. If your package is marked confiscated because of it, sorry bout that?

Alex is a very honest seller. she is extremely friendly, and transparent about her products she's selling. I will absolutely purchase from Bag Brats again!

I have emailed Bag Brats multiple times to ask questions about the items listed in the auction and they have always answered my questions timely and very professional. The bag and belt that I won in the auction are beautiful and accurate to the description and photos. I won another Chanel bag on May 3, can't wait to receive this one. I highly recommend this auction house, I am looking forward for the next auction on May 31. Wish me luck. Again that you for your great customer service.

The item I received was a blatantly inauthentic copy of the real item. It was a fake. I would suggest to anyone to stay far far away from this seller unless you are looking for a replica. The item I purchased was supposed to be authentic, but the item I received was a cheap knock off version of the original, several weeks after the auction. From my standpoint, I believe she is purchasing the knock off goods from a supplier, waiting for them to arrive, and distributing them to the purchasers. Otherwise, there is no excuse for the 5 week delay in dispersing the sold items. The item I received (in my opinion) was so cheaply made and so inauthentic it was laughable. I would not recommend this seller at all unless I was suggesting it to someone who did not care about getting ripped off or buying fake merchandise. Immediately upon receiving the item I messaged the seller and told her it was fake. She said it wasn't but it was on me if it was, but for good faith she would refund me within 24 hours if I sent the item back to her. I did and I waited for multiple weeks before she finally refunded my money. In my opinion based off my experience with this seller, stay far far away. Do Not Buy.

Definitely not a real bag, which it was described as. Completely my fault for not doing more research, but was also unaware that auctioned items are not vetted for authenticity. The item I got it’s very clearly a replica.

All the items weee in great condition and as pictured which was important as I was afraid the pics might not show everything. She packed them well and shipped quickly. I had a question and she replied pretty fast. I would definitely buy from her again!!
