Good items shipping was expensive

Great inventory and easy to deal with.

I bought two 12 back star wars figures, they appeared to be in better quality, the photos were taken in the star cases. They should be taken out, photos of the bubble should be a primary focal point, both bubbles have dents that were not identifiable through the star case. The cards as well had blemishes that were hard to identify. I immediately regret this purchase. They appeared to be in far better condition. I normally ask for more photos, but they appeared in great condition. I guess this is the risk of online auctions

Selection of items is generally good and as described, but their Buyers Premium percentage skews high compared to other similar sellers and their use of uncooperative third-party shippers, is their biggest detractor. Here, they used an area UPS store that charged $40 to ship a single comic book. When I asked if I could send a prepaid shipping label to bill my own UPS account, they said it was against policy and I had no other options but to pay their rate.

This was my first time bidding with this auction house and I was hesitant because it was the first time I would need to contact shippers myself. They recommended ups store 6017 and they were great. The package arrived 2 days before the estimate date and everything was packaged perfectly. I have no doubts about bidding from this auction house in the future.

Accuracy of items as described. Very detailed info about the items. Will recommend this auction house. Will shop again.

I've called and emailed all available numbers and addresses on their website but I've received no response on either. I've left a message on their shipping phone number and received no response either. I paid 300 dollars for a small lot and have had 0 help with shipping or getting it to me. So now I have to assume that money is gone. I have no idea why it seems impossible to get in contact with them. I assumed it was the holidays at first but clearly that's not the case.

Was able to easily set up shipping with Landry Pop Auctions once I contacted them directly, and everything went smoothly even with the holiday... but it seems like the messages I sent them through Liveauctioneers weren't getting replied to. Again, zero issues when reaching out to them directly though-item's shipping got setup with their help on timing, and everything else went smoothly. Just disappointed with Liveauctioneers.
