Great Auction House
Great auction house, items exactly as described. Communication was great and shipping was phenomenal. Package was packed really well and came so quickly! Happy with the purchase and great auction house!

Limited photos
I Won a "factory sealed video game" when I received video game it was missing the Sony foil seal on the top. Pictures did not show the top. So i opened it cuz it did not have a trifold on the corner when wrapped and opened the game, i found damage on the jewel case which should not have been their. Also no insert in the video game. I got sold a fake for a lot of money.

Fine Auction Just Don't Expect Much
The team wasn't responsive to questions before or after purchase. I'm surprised that they didn't even list the artist of the piece that I purchased-it should have been trivial for them to figure out. The images left a little bit to be desired. The shipping process was unpleasant, but I don't know if it was slow due to Landry Pop or Live Auctioneers.

Fees were excessive!
59 % all in. Shipping for five comics slabbed) $350.00. Online Fee $128.00!! Buyers premium 27 %... and of course sales tax assessed on top of all that. Never again will I buy from here. All the right prices comics became overpriced after the excessive charges.

Hello Josh, remember that bidding on live auctioneers you pay live auctioneers thier online fee and you used live shipping which charged you the expensive shipping.

They mailed my comic book in a used media mail box, they charged me handling and packing fees??

Hello, You were charged $24.99 for shipping, handling and insurance. The comic was shipped in a comic gemini box with two bubble inserts.

Pictures are not worth a thousand words
I bought two 12 back star wars figures, they appeared to be in better quality, the photos were taken in the star cases. They should be taken out, photos of the bubble should be a primary focal point, both bubbles have dents that were not identifiable through the star case. The cards as well had blemishes that were hard to identify. I immediately regret this purchase. They appeared to be in far better condition. I normally ask for more photos, but they appeared in great condition. I guess this is the risk of online auctions

Good selection but high BP %, high 3rd party shipping
Selection of items is generally good and as described, but their Buyers Premium percentage skews high compared to other similar sellers and their use of uncooperative third-party shippers, is their biggest detractor. Here, they used an area UPS store that charged $40 to ship a single comic book. When I asked if I could send a prepaid shipping label to bill my own UPS account, they said it was against policy and I had no other options but to pay their rate.

Great Auction house
This was my first time bidding with this auction house and I was hesitant because it was the first time I would need to contact shippers myself. They recommended ups store 6017 and they were great. The package arrived 2 days before the estimate date and everything was packaged perfectly. I have no doubts about bidding from this auction house in the future.

I've called and emailed all available numbers and addresses on their website but I've received no response on either. I've left a message on their shipping phone number and received no response either. I paid 300 dollars for a small lot and have had 0 help with shipping or getting it to me. So now I have to assume that money is gone. I have no idea why it seems impossible to get in contact with them. I assumed it was the holidays at first but clearly that's not the case.

Great experience with Landry Pop Auctions, not great with LA interface for them
Was able to easily set up shipping with Landry Pop Auctions once I contacted them directly, and everything went smoothly even with the holiday... but it seems like the messages I sent them through Liveauctioneers weren't getting replied to. Again, zero issues when reaching out to them directly though-item's shipping got setup with their help on timing, and everything else went smoothly. Just disappointed with Liveauctioneers.
