Auction House Excellence
I have become a regular customer with Gehman Auctions and their service & representation of the items they auction is always excellent. However, the true test of good customer service with any business is how they deal with a situation when there is a problem or mistake with their customer. Well, we had that happen with a couple of my auction wins. The way Gehman representatives handled this with me was outstanding. Great items at decent prices and reasonable shipping
I have bought from Gehman auctions on numerous occasions and have alway been happy with the items and the prices that I have paid. Use their in house shipping as it is very reasonable and cheaper than the Live auctioneers quote.

Reproduction cap sold as a WW2 item
I purchased a visor cap described as "German WW2 Military Panzer Visor Cap." After receiving the item and inspecting the cap (interior, sweatband, visor construction and insignia attachments), I developed serious concerns about its originality and construction. The listing contained only a very brief description and did not disclose these issues. Based on my experience, I would NOT bid on anything from this auction house. Very disappointed that you are selling reproduction items without disclosing this to customers.

Great variety of offerings
Excellent variety and great prices for in house shipping. Terrific detailed photos sufficient to determine condition for most examples although diorama objects would benefit from approx. sizes. Very responsive staff.
