I bid on/won 11 items. They offered/charged for in-house shipping. Less than LA but still not inexpensive. One item was left out of the shipped box. After chasing them for weeks, they shipped an item that supposedly was my found item. It was not. My item was signed by the artist and boxed. The item they sent was an unsigned unboxed item of the same type. They may have been trying to satisfy me but a signed boxed item is much more desirable than a generic. After multiple unsuccessful emails and phone calls, I recruited LA Bidder Support to assist me. LA was very persistent in pursuing a resolution. Eventually the auction house did send the correct item, which I was very glad to receive. "

I was hospitalized at the beginning of last year. I won an paid for 2 different items an it said times may very on shipping. Over the few months of not being hone i totally forgot about my items. I get healthier an start to bid on items again an realize that I had won an paid for 2 items back last January I never received! So this item is won now im not really sure I'll get this time

Very disappointed by lack of attention/care in shipping fine Chinaware.

TOOK MY MONEY THEN NEVER SHIPPED ITEMS. DOES NOT ANSWER PHONE OR EMAILS. Scam!!

South Florida auction house is generally a very good auction house. I was extremely disappointed with the way everything was pack I had 2 items arrived damaged normally they are very good. This certainly didn’t look like there packing. The packing was as if the person just didn’t care. I hesitated to write this message but thinking like a manager I would want to know. If my employer aren’t doing as their supposed to be doing. I want to stress that this auction house is GENERALLY REALLY GOOD WHEN IT COMES TO SALES LISTING. INVOICES AND FINALLY PACKING THE BOX WAS A USED AMAZON BOX EACH SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL FIGURINE WAS WRAPPED IN A THIN PIECE OF TISSUE PAPER THEN A USED PIECE OF BUBBLE WRAP VERY DISAPPOINTING.
