An auction house worth a shout out.
I was a newb to Catamount but that didn't deter them from treating me like a valued, returning customer. I received my items to my country in a very short time with very fair shipping. If it's not already obvious I'm a huge fan of their personal touch.

Unfortunately, this customer did not contact us. The auction was Feb. 12, 2026. Although the listing said nothing about 'original', we still would have been more that willing to work with the customer on a solution... like we do with any customer.

I haven't received myIve called them and got no response and I've texted them and got no response.
Very very poor customer service. I will not do business with them again. I guess I will have to go to my credit card and do a dispute. A big hassle for a couple comic books.

Accuracy of description
Very disappointed in purchase-says unsearched and clearly searched and picked thru jewlery! Should label it as scrap junk but live and learn.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. The two jewelry lots you purchased were both listed as 'unresearched' not unsearched. However, we did not search them-we consigned them just as the consigner wanted. If there are any questions prior to the auction we are more than happy to assist.

Not reliable description
Stated it was Josie and pussycat production cel. Misleading, Josie and Valorie where print copies. Melody's head was the only production cel. This wasn't a complete production cel as stated. Would not recommend this auction house. Have bought hundreds of auctions onliveauctioneers.com. This is the worst

Very sorry you were disappointed. If you had contacted us we would have been more than happy to work with you on a solution. However, picture # 4 clearly shows exactly what you described... we never said it was a 'complete' production cel. Again, we are sorry that you were disappointed.

These lots should have been labeled as junk/craft
I won several jewelry lots from Catamount Auctioneers on LiveAuctioneers and was very disappointed with my purchase. Most of the jewelry was broken, missing stones, or mismatched, and many pieces were not even jewelry at all — just random junk items like buttons and toothpicks. These lots should have been clearly labeled as “craft” or “junk” jewelry. After reaching out, they refunded me $50, which was about what I had paid for shipping. While I appreciate the partial refund, it did not come close to making up for the misleading descriptions and poor quality of the items received. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not bid with this auction house again.

As we said before... we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. The lots this customer purchased were large amounts of jewelry. Pictures were provided. The customer could have asked for more pictures or asked any questions about the items. On one of the lots they purchased they doubled our estimated value. We tried to work with them... even offered to have them return the items (at their expense) for a full refund but chose not to. The purchase date of these items were 5/22/25.
