Very very poor customer service. I will not do business with them again. I guess I will have to go to my credit card and do a dispute. A big hassle for a couple comic books.

Nice to deal with. Shipping cost was cc reasonable.

Very disappointed in purchase-says unsearched and clearly searched and picked thru jewlery! Should label it as scrap junk but live and learn.

Stated it was Josie and pussycat production cel. Misleading, Josie and Valorie where print copies. Melody's head was the only production cel. This wasn't a complete production cel as stated. Would not recommend this auction house. Have bought hundreds of auctions onliveauctioneers.com. This is the worst

I won several jewelry lots from Catamount Auctioneers on LiveAuctioneers and was very disappointed with my purchase. Most of the jewelry was broken, missing stones, or mismatched, and many pieces were not even jewelry at all — just random junk items like buttons and toothpicks. These lots should have been clearly labeled as “craft” or “junk” jewelry. After reaching out, they refunded me $50, which was about what I had paid for shipping. While I appreciate the partial refund, it did not come close to making up for the misleading descriptions and poor quality of the items received. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not bid with this auction house again.

I bought comics from 5 different auction houses over a two week period and only one other auction house shipped the comics almost as good as this house. The other 3 damaged them by packing them wrong. You can trust catamount auctions to ship your comics properly. I look forward to future auctions from them.
