My experience with this auction house has been good. The items are as described, and are packed and shipped carefully. Shipping costs were very reasonable. I would buy from them again.

I bought this book for a friend's small three children (2-8). I figured it would give them some time to grow into without being on the Net. The book is everything that Valourian described. They handled the payment, packing and shipping process seemlessly. The shipping rate was good. I really appreciate the great work they did in getting the book to me in a timely manner. Thank you.

I won an item and reached out to their representative (Roman?) for a shipping inquiry. He promptly responded and helped explain how to have the item shipped. I paid for the item, and then he sent me a separate invoice for the shipping, which was much cheaper than having LiveAuctioneers do it. Great service and communication.

From payment to delivery 15 days. Received no acknowledgement of payment, only Live Auctioneers message. The only communication was a notice the package shipped and a subsequent note that the item was delivered. Item was well packaged.

Great auction house-always get my items quickly

The picture does not depict the item properly. When I received the item, I was disappointed that it was not characterized properly. The description of the item actually said to refer to the picture (s). The shipping and handling were smooth, so there is that.

Items were exactly as pictured and arrived packed carefully and safely. Shipping cost was very reasonable and I was very impressed with the them. I don't think they made much $off of this particular auction lot I purchased, but I was treated like a million dollar client. Seamless communication, payment, and FAST shipping. Thanks y'all! The cards were shipping right away after the auction and each card was individually protected with a sleeve and top loader. They look great and thank you!

Hi, I had a wonderful experience with this auction house. It was my first shipped auction win, and they are so fair with shipping. Additionally, everything came so THOUGHTFULLY packaged-it was like unwrapping gifts Christmas morning. My daughter had a lot of fun with me. I appreciate the prompt customer service, the condition of items, also the owner had such consideration when I had an accidental bid as well! 10/10 these are very good people you can trust.

My order was received missing an item that I won on a dollar bid. I immediately wrote them about the incomplete order and still have not heard from anyone with a resolution to the discrepancy 1/21/25
