Good authentic artifacts.
I'm very pleased with the artifacts that have received after having them authenticated and appraised. I hope to continue to do business with this auctioneer. I can't wait for the next auction!

Item didn't match description
I bought an arrowhead online from Smitty's auction. It turned out to be smaller than described, so I sent them a picture and requested a refund. Since it was only a $10 item, I expected they would give me a refund and just tell me to keep it. Instead, they said I had to ship it back, and they wouldn't pay for the return shipping. I sent it back and finally got a refund.

inaccurate desc
accuracy of item description did not indicate the relics where both broken in half. sent auction house and email, they never responded. I will not be participating in any of their future auctions after this bad experience. screw me once, I stop with them.

It is our understanding that the photos clearly depict (2) Ear plugs that have both been split down the middle. We are disappointed that you did not come to that conclusion based on the clear photos.
