We had a wonderful experience with Fairfield Auction. The bidding process was clear and straightforward. The invoice was received promptly. There was a question for the tax amount, which didn't reflect neither our state, nor CA (not the auction house issue, but rather a platform glitch). I made a call to clarify. The phone was answered promptly, the person on the line was courteous, patient and knowledgeable. They took time listening to my questions, reviewed the invoice information and clarified everything. The whole thing was resolved within minutes. I received the updated invoice right away. The email communication was promt and professional. The payment was easy and fast. The delivery cost was very reasonable, the lot arrived earlier that expected and was superbly packaged. The item itself was better than expected. Absolutely wonderful! Hands down the best experience I had with any auction house. Highly recommended!

I bought a porcelain firgurine from Fairfield Auction. It was poorly packed and arrived broken. Fairfiel Auction deny my claim, they insist that the piece was reshipped to a third country though it never left US. The damage happened due to poor packaging that Fairfield Auction refuse to admit. Not reliable auction!

Would not hesitate to participate with them in the future.
